TC Connection, LLC Story

In January 2021 I started a new chapter of my life journey. After 11 years of working in a financial ​institution and 11 years in the United States Navy prior to that, I decided I was ready to do something I’d ​always been interested in, becoming a Realtor. I did a full year chasing that dream under the Weichert, ​Realtors - Miller & Clark Agency umbrella and sold 9 properties. I was and still am pretty proud of myself ​for the accomplishments I achieved. At the end of 2021, I reflected on the year and realized I absolutely ​disliked being a real estate agent, lol! It’s no joke! So, I requested and was approved to switch spots with ​the in-house TC at the time. She became a full-time agent, and I became the full-time in-house TC. To say ​the switch worked for both of us is an understatement.


In 2023 I saw an opportunity to become a small business owner and opened TC Connection, LLC where I’ve ​been blessed to have clients since very early on. With each client I’ve grown my skillset by creating or re-​vamping processes, creating email templates, creating written procedures, changing the transaction ​management system used and evolving my business to better serve my current and future agents.


I love to see my clients succeed and take each successful closing as a compliment. I enjoy being busy and ​coming up with new ideas for each agent to potentially add to their process. I’m a huge fan of recognizing ​each agent I work with via all of my social media accounts and I absolutely believe that each agent I work ​with is the best at what they do.


I tell all the agents I talk to that my goal for them is that after a long day of showing clients, all they have to ​do is review their emails and know I’ve taken care of everything or the majority of everything that I can. ​They may have 1 or 2 items left on their plate, but they aren’t items that will keep them up working until ​midnight unless of course they want to.
